The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) is the chief academic office of TWU and oversees all matters related to academic programs at TWU. The Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Kermeta "Kay" Clayton, Ph.D, works directly with other academic administrators, faculty and staff on matters of curriculum and instruction, program development, research and grants administration, resource allocation and budget development, recruitment and retention of students, awarding of scholarships, recruitment and evaluation of faculty and, in general, all matters related to academic programs at TWU.
