Leadership Pillars

Leadership Framework Pillars

As an institution of higher education, TWU is committed to preparing local, state, national, and international leaders who learn, lead and serve with excellence.

The Center for Student Leadership is committed to work across campuses, departments, disciplines and institutions to help cultivate a campus and community culture that will prepare the next generation of leaders. We will help create this culture through our leadership framework which is built upon ten commitment pillars.

We believe that if we each honor our mutual commitment, then our local, state, national and international communities will benefit from having confident, competent, civically engaged, and socially responsible leaders who learn, lead and serve with integrity, excellence and accountability.
