Liliana Grosso Richins has over 10 years of experience coordinating/directing U.S. Department of Education grants. She is Spanish-English biliterate, and has training in Bilingual/ESL education and project and non-profit management. Her research interests focus on pre-service and in-service teacher professional development, heritage language teaching/learning, evaluation, and parental involvement.

Carolyn Hardin celebrated 10 years with Texas Woman’s University in June 2020. She spent over 6 years with the TWU Graduate School before joining the Project PIONERAS and ELLevate! grant team in January 2017. Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages (French) from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts degree in French Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin where her primary area of interest was second language acquisition in adult learners.
