Virginia Chandler Dykes, Patricia Crocker, Laurie Stelter, Dr. Carine Feyten, Cynthia Evetts. The Radford and Patricia Crocker Foundation is funding an OT program developed by Stelter at a women’s prison in Gatesville, which houses approximately 100 incarcerated women who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
