Every year our Texas Woman's community invites the greater Denton community to celebrate Halloween. Between food, games and "trunk or treating," there is always fun for all.

Every Veterans Day, Nov. 11, TWU recognizes the contributions and sacrifices of our veterans on campus and at the Denton square.

The start of the holiday season means lighting up campus with decorations. The Festival of Lights also features performances from TWU's dancers and musicians.

Holiday Gift Program

TWU hosts a unique program that provides holiday gifts to the children of our students who are parents. For more than 30 years, our university community has contributed toys, clothing and cash donations to support this program that makes the holidays special for families of our enrolled students in Denton, Dallas, Houston and online.
