New Masters in Music with an emphasis in Education
This summer, Texas Woman's is proud to launch a new Masters in Music with an emphasis in Education. The new program is designed to be completed in three summers, so you can earn your masters and continue teaching throughout the school year. This year's summer sessions are:

- June 25-July 13
Special Topic Courses
Probability and Statistics in the Math Classroom
Look for the special topic MATH 5903, Probability and Statistics in the Math Classroom, during the 2018 Summer 2 semester. The course will be in a workshop format and is designed to aid teachers with the new Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) requirement to teach probability, statistics and data analysis in middle schools.
Nutritional Aspects of Vegetarianism
NFS 5043, Nutritional Aspects of Vegetarianism, will be offered this summer by the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences. The course covers the nutritional benefits of vegetarian diets, including current research and advances in the dietetic practice.
The College of Business will be offering a 100% online finance course that focuses on basic financial theory for small business owners and budding entrepreneurs. Look for the course BUS 4903, Entrepreneurial Finance.
Single Subject Research
The College of Professional Education is offering the special topic EDSP 5903, Single Subject Research, for graduate students and would be useful for multiple disciplines including kinesiology, psychology, education and family sciences.

Experiential Learning Opportunities
Study fashion and textiles in Paris, business in China, dental hygiene in Guatemala or even healthcare administration in Sweden. These trips and more are available for registration now and take place this summer at Texas Woman's and around the globe.
Nutrition and Food Sciences is looking for students interested in assisting with two culinary camps, Field to Fork, From the Sports Field to the Dinner Plate and Health in Action, hosted by the department this summer. You will gain experience teaching nutrition and working with kids.
