Liliana Grosso Richins has over 10 years of experience coordinating/directing U.S. Department of Education grants. She is Spanish-English biliterate, and has training in Bilingual/ESL education and project and non-profit management. Her research interests focus on pre-service and in-service teacher professional development, heritage language teaching/learning, evaluation, and parental involvement.
Carolyn Hardin, M.A. | Grant Project Manager | 940-898-2214
Carolyn Hardin is the newest member of the grant team having spent the last 6 years working in the TWU Graduate School where she supported the associate dean, the dean and most recently the Federation of North Texas Area Universities. Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages (French) from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts degree in French Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin where her primary area of interest was Second Language Acquisition.
