Please know that all students attending the 2-day orientation program MUST stay overnight in the Residence Hall. This accommodation is only for students. Parents and guests who are needing lodging for the evening can choose any hotel in the Denton area.

Please plan to be at orientation until 5 pm on day two.

Please note that some students may be required to attend TWU’s Pre-Orientation. Pre-Orientation will begin around 8 am the day prior to their scheduled orientation session. Students attending this program will be required to stay overnight and this fee is part of your orientation fee that is placed on your student bill at the time of course registration. You will receive information regarding this Pre-Orientation program from the Office of Undergraduate Studies and Academic Partnerships via your TWU email account.

Parents and guests, your portion of the program will not begin until day one of orientation.

Within two weeks of registering for orientation a confirmation email will be sent to the student’s email TWU account. This email will contain a specific check-in time and location.
