TWU faculty, students to present research at the mall

TWU biochemistry student Claudette Fraire discusses her research with the public at Golden Triangle Mall.

Oct. 24, 2018 –DENTON— Join Texas Woman’s University faculty and students as they present their current research projects to the public Nov. 3 at Denton’s Golden Triangle Mall. The free, all-ages event will take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the mall food court.

Research posters from the TWU Departments of Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Family Sciences, Informatics, Mathematics and Computer Science, Music, Psychology and Philosophy, and Teacher Education will be on display. Faculty, staff and students will be on-site to discuss their research and answer questions about their programs and projects.

This annual event is sponsored by the TWU College of Arts and Sciences, the TWU Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, and the Science Education for New Civic Engagement Center for Innovation-Southwest.
