Texting while Driving is now banned in TEXAS.

Talking on a cellphone is also banned in Denton, Argyle, Little Elm and Lake Dallas. You can be ticketed and fined or in some circumstances even sent to jail.

 The Texas statewide ban on texting makes it a crime for a person to use a cellphone to read, write, or send a text message while operating a motor vehicle that is moving with just a few exceptions.

 Please do not talk or text on a wireless device when you drive. The life you save may be your own or an innocent person that is loved and will be forever missed.
