What is Commit 2 Fit?
A semester long challenge to encourage and promote physical activity. This challenge encourages TWU students and Fitness and Recreation members to be physically active at least 3 times per week.
We have two ways to stay committed... on-campus and on-line. At our Denton campus you can complete your Commit 2 Fit card each time you exercise. Our on-line program can be completed by creating an account with twu.healthyuinteractive.com. All programs are for Fitness & Recreation members only.
