Mission Statement

The Mission of Financial Services is to provide excellent stewardship of the University’s fiscal resources. Financial Services is responsible for student accounting, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, state appropriation management and review.

Accounting Services coordinates the Annual Financial Report, Fiscal Year End Procedures, Interdepartmental Transfers, and Petty Cash.

The Budget Office coordinates the preparation and maintenance of the budget, processes budget transfers, and sets up new accounts.

TWU's Bursar's Office is responsible for handling financial and administrative matters related to student accounts and tuition.

Grant Accounting is tasked with post-award financial administration and reporting for all grant types (federal, state, and private).
