About the Alumni House
Located right behind the Little Chapel in the Woods, the Alumni house makes a great location for a pre-wedding brunch and wedding parties to hang out and get ready before their ceremony. This is also a great location for baby and bridal showers, luncheons , and other small gatherings.
Amenities included: 4 tables, 30 chairs, small kitchenette, patio area, 4 full length mirrors, lounge area with couches, building attendant for external groups and student groups.
Private Events: $50/hour*
TWU Department Event/Official University Business: $20/hour*
*Two hour minimum is required for hourly rental
Cancellations made 60-30 days prior to an event will owe 50% of the total fees. Cancellations made 30 days or less before an event will owe 100% of the total fees.
There is limited parking available in front of the Alumni House for clients with TWU parking permits. Non-TWU clients will be issued a visitor permit upon request for event held Monday-Friday during business hours. Permits must be displayed and clearly visible from outside the vehicle. Events held on the weekend our outside of business hours do not require a parking permit. Any guests who park in state vehicle or handicapped parking without proper credentials may be ticketed.
