Anne Selcer, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at Texas Woman’s University in the Healthcare Administration Program in Houston, TX. Her teaching focus is in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, and Human Resources. Dr. Selcer’s thirty-plus years of ‘non- academia’ work experience has been in private industry in Human Resources and as an Organizational Development consultant.
Dr. Selcer’s practice and research interests are in leadership, organizational
performance and behavior. She has particular interest in community based participatory research in health care, community health workers/ promotores, and working in medically underserved communities.
