Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policies
The Assessment and Testing Office provides the following as general policy for test cancellation and forfeiture of test administration fees:
Students wishing to select an alternate test date must submit a request via email and include a copy of the original payment receipt at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled test date. A payment refund will be made and the student may register and pay for a new test date that better suits their needs.
Refunds are not available at this time.
In the event the university closes for inclement weather, testing will be rescheduled. Students should check the TWU homepage for possible closures. Students will be notified via email of the new test date.
