Elementary and Middle School Group Visit

We are excited to hear of your interest in bringing your students to our campus! We strive to provide them with the best experience possible, but due to the availability of our staff during peak travel time in the fall, our office can only best accommodate your students during the spring and summer semesters.

Reservations will be available mid-fall semester

We reserve Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the Spring semester for just your age group! Groups must be 40 students or less with a chaperone per every 10 students and requests must be made with at least 30 days notice.

Your students can look forward to a:

  • Thirty-minute College 101 presentation with a TWU Admissions Counselor
  • One-hour campus tour with a Pioneer Ambassador

Please wait to schedule your group with your school until we confirm your visit. The online form does NOT guarantee we can accommodate your request.

If you cannot meet the four week minimum advance scheduling, please call the Admissions Office at 940-898-3188 and we will see what we can do for your group. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
