Profile

He Ren joined TWU as a visiting assistant professor of finance in 2019. He earned his PhD degree in Finance from University of North Texas, M.B.A degree from University of Texas at Dallas, and M.S. degree in Finance from State University of New York at Buffalo. Prior to coming to the United States, he earned his B.S. degree in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.

His research focuses on investment and market efficiency such as stock price momentum and reversal. His recent research projects explore the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on household finance, especially household saving and consumption behaviors.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
