Information for Participating Agencies

Thank you for joining us for the 12^th Annual TWU Volunteer Fair! The students and the Volunteer Services office truly appreciate you being here! For logistical information please see below:

Parking Information

Agency Representatives are asked to park in the Visitor Lot for the day (number 17 on the map). You may also pick up a visitor’s pass at the information booth which will allow you to park anywhere with black curbs except in restricted areas including handicapped, service/loading zones, reserved spaces and no parking zones.  Unfortunately, if you happen to have a TWU decal, you cannot use the visitor parking pass as your TWU decal supersedes the visitor pass.  There will be student escorts available to help you unload your vehicle.

The Fair will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2012 in the Student Union, 2^nd floor Lobby. 

10:30a - 11:15a    Agency Check-in & Set-up

11:30a - 2:00p      Volunteer Fair

12:00p - 2:00p       Agency Lunch served in room 113

12:30p  - 1:15p     "Careers in Nonprofits" panel discussion; room 207 

2:00p - 3:00p        Clean-up & Departure
