Where do I start?
First review the MyCAA website and the program requirements and set up your account profile. When you setup your account make sure to use your TWU student ID number.

Next, you will need to complete your MyCAA career training plan as soon as possible. The MyCAA program does not reimburse students for classes that have already started. If you need assistance contact a MyCAA Education Consultant at 1-800-342-9647.

After a MyCAA education Consultant approves your career training plan you will need to submit the MyCAA Authorization Form to the TWU Bursar’s Office. The TWU Bursar’s Office cannot process your MyCAA financial aid award without this document.

Please note that the Bursar's Office does not bill tuition per individual classes; if MyCAA request tuition cost for each individual course, divide your total tuition bill by the number of hours enrolled.

At the end of the term TWU will report your grades to MyCAA. Please check your account to confirm that MyCAA has received your grades. If MyCAA does not receive your grades they will not continue your financial aid funding
