Rew Named VP of Texas Dietetic Association

DENTON — Martha Rew, associate clinical professor of nutrition and food sciences at Texas Woman's University, has been elected vice president of the Texas Dietetic Association. As vice president, she will plan the programming for the Food and Nutrition Conference and Exhibition, scheduled for April 2003 in The Woodlands.

The TDA is an affiliate of the American Dietetic Association, which consists of more than 3,800 registered dietitians (RD), licensed dietitians (LD), dietetic technicians registered (DTR) and others who specialize in food and nutrition. The TDA's mission is to promote optimal nutrition and well being for all people by advocating for its members.
