TWU Hosts Research In The Archives Lecture


DENTON — Author Sarah Rickman will be the featured speaker for the Research in the Archives lecture series hosted by the Woman's Collection at Texas Woman's University. The presentation will be March 6 at noon in the lecture hall of TWU's Blagg-Huey Library, located at the intersection of Bell Avenue and Administration Drive. A book signing will follow. Admission is free and open to the public.

Rickman's new novel, Flight From Fear, is the story of a woman who joins the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) of World War II. Rickman also wrote The Originals: The Women Auxiliary Ferrying Squadron.
