TWU to showcase
online degree programs at July 9 Open House

DENTON –
Texas Woman’s University will showcase its nine online
degree programs for working adults during an Online Degree
Open House at its Denton campus on Saturday, July 9 from 8:30
a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
TWU offers the
following nine degrees primarily online: Bachelor of General
Studies, Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, Executive
MBA, Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Science in Family
Studies, Master of Science in Library Science, Master of Science
in Health Studies, a Post-Professional Master’s in Occupational
Therapy and a Professional Level Master’s in Occupational
Therapy to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Open house attendees will have the opportunity to meet faculty
and students, ask questions about TWU’s online programs
and admission requirements and find out about financial aid.
Registration begins
at 8:30 a.m. on the second floor of the Administration and
Conference Tower (ACT) located on Administration Drive between
Oakland Avenue and Bell Avenue in Denton. Information sessions
are scheduled until 11:30 a.m. and free parking is available
throughout the Denton campus.

“Our online
degree programs are designed to allow students to complete
a degree while maintaining their busy family and work schedules,”
said Teresa Mauk, TWU’s Executive Director of Enrollment
Management.
Students enrolled
in TWU’s online degree programs have the advantage of
attending an accredited public university with nationally
recognized programs and affordable tuition and fees. Classes
are open to men and women and some degrees are offered 100
percent online.
