Morrow To Perform Piano Recital At TWU

DENTON — Dr. Ruth Morrow, chair of the music department at Midwestern State University, will perform a piano recital Thursday, April 3, at Texas Woman's University. The event is scheduled for 8 p.m. in the Margo Jones Performance Hall, located at Oakland Avenue and Pioneer Circle on TWU's Denton campus. Admission is free.

Morrow's background spans all musical styles and includes performances throughout the United States and Europe. She also has presented regional and national programs on topics ranging from ragtime to recent stylistic trends.

Morrow holds the Bolin Chair of Piano at MSU. She has served on the Texas Music Teachers Association Board of Directors and is active in the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra.
