TWU, Susan G. Komen Foundation to mark Breast Cancer Awareness

DENTON —
The Susan G. Komen Foundation’s signature pink trailer
will pull into Texas Woman’s University’s Denton
campus Monday, Oct. 17, to educate women and men about breast
cancer.
The trailer will
be in the visitor’s parking lot, located at the northwest
corner of Bell Avenue and Administration Drive, from 9 a.m.
until 3 p.m. For more information, contact TWU Student Health

The pink trailer
features computer kiosks, informational materials about breast
cancer, breast self-examination (BSE) guides and more. Prizes
and giveaways also will be available.
The local event
is part of the Komen Foundation’s community educational
tour, with stops planned in more than 30 communities and college
campuses. The tour is designed to engage all generations in
the fight against breast cancer. For more information about
