TWU Receives $20,000 In Scholarship Funds From Greater Texas Foundation

DENTON — Texas Woman's University has received $20,000 from the Greater Texas Foundation, formerly the Greater Texas Student Loan Corp., for scholarships. The award was made March 10.

The distribution of the funds is at TWU's discretion. The funds can be used to create a new scholarship endowment, added to an existing scholarship endowment or awarded to one or more students, based on financial need.

The Greater Texas Foundation will be awarding scholarship funds to every public, four-year, baccalaureate degree-granting college and university in Texas.
