TWU student receives national Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship — 5/25/12
DENTON — Recent Texas Woman’s University graduate Sarah Adams is one of only 56 students in the U.S. and five in Texas to receive a national Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship. She will use her $5,000 scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. in biomedical science at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
TWU receives $500,000 for WASP Endowment — 5/25/12
DENTON – Texas Woman’s University – home to the national archives of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) – recently received a $500,000 gift from the estate of WASP Dorothy “Dot” Ebersbach for the endowment that supports the archives.

DENTON — TWU’s new student regent is determined to be a leader who makes a difference both in her university and professional career.
Junior Adriana Blanco is TWU’s first Hispanic and first, first-generation student regent. She is enrolled in the TWU and University of North Texas dual degree program in engineering and math, majoring in math at TWU and electrical engineering at UNT.
