TWU bookstore announces online textbook ordering, delivery
service
12/06/05
DENTON —
The Texas Woman’s University bookstore has announced
that TWU students can now order their new and used textbooks
online and arrange for in-store pick-up or home delivery.
The service is available by visiting the website www.twubkstore.com
and clicking on “online shopping.”
“In the past
students could only reserve textbooks online and then pick
them up for purchase at the bookstore,” said Jennifer
Madison, TWU bookstore manager. “Now they can go online
and purchase either new or used textbooks and either pick
them up at the store of have them delivered.”
Madison says that
students at TWU’s Denton campus and students enrolled
in online classes can order their textbooks online. She adds
that spring 2006 textbooks are now available for online purchase,
as professors begin to release their textbook lists for next
semester.
“Students
have the option of purchasing new or used textbooks,”
Madison said. “If a used book does not become available,
we will send a new book in its place.”
More information
about purchasing TWU textbooks online is available at www.twu.bkstore.com
or by calling (940) 898-3103.
Online textbook
ordering is currently not available for students at TWU’s
Dallas and Houston campuses, which have their own bookstores.
