TWU Student Receives Abbott Scholarship

HOUSTON — Texas Woman's University health care administration graduate student Bella Belleza-Bascon of Houston is one of 11 Abbott Scholarship recipients nationwide for 2002-2003.

Each year, the Abbott Fellowship Program, funded by Abbott Laboratories, recognizes outstanding students in health administration from 11 of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration's (AUPHA) full graduate member programs. The scholarship is awarded to exceptional second-year graduate students and provides $5,000 in financial support.
