Ross Manning to replace Kathleen Mason as a featured speaker for Women in Commerce Conference Oct. 29


DENTON - Due to a family emergency, Tuesday Morning CEO Kathleen Mason will be unable to speak at the Women in Commerce Conference at Texas Woman’s University Friday, Oct. 29. Ross Manning, senior vice president of marketing for Tuesday Morning, will replace her as a featured speaker.

Mr. Manning has served as Tuesday Morning’s senior vice president of marketing since November 2009 and previously served as the company’s senior vice president/general merchandise manager from June 2004 to November 2009. Prior to joining Tuesday Morning, Mr. Manning was managing partner of Retail Experiences Consulting, Inc. an international marketing and retail consulting firm. He also held several positions with Jaeger, the British apparel brand, including managing director, retail and marketing worldwide and president of Jaeger, North America. He also has held a variety of executive positions with Federated Department Stores and other upscale retailers.

Mr. Manning joins Sandra Yancey, CEO of eWomen Network; and Joy D. Kirsch, CFP of Kirsch and Associates, as the featured speakers for the Women in Commerce Conference, which will be held from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Oct. 29 in Hubbard Hall on the TWU Denton campus.  Professional women are encouraged to attend the conference, which is presented by the Denton Chamber of Commerce, the TWU School of Management and Sally Beauty Supply LLC.
