The play, adapted from the book by Laura Numeroff, follows the story of a young boy who wonders what will happen if you give a mouse a cookie. He will want a glass of milk, of course! As the play unfolds, the mouse’s demands get larger and larger, running his young host ragged. The action takes place on a colorful, oversized set designed in conjunction with North Central Texas College.

Graduate student Jennie Patton is the producer for the Children’s Theater Summer series. Cristin Thomas will direct “If You Give A Mouse A Cookie.” Costume design is by Alex Rodriguez; lighting design by Jonathan Felt; and sound design by Stanton Brasher. Cassie Henderson is the prop designer, and makeup design is by Brittany Fowler. Kristen Brasher is the stage manager for the production.

The cast features Mallory Bryant-Gawne, Cassie Henderson and Joanna Wesson.
