names Anne Scott new director of Alumni Relations
DENTON – Creating a brand that will engage alumni of
all ages in the life of the university is the priority of
new Texas Woman’s University Director of Alumni Relations

faculty and staff to usher in a new era of alumni relations.”

Prior to joining
TWU, Ms. Scott served as the program director for the Oklahoma
State University Alumni Association for the past nine years.
During her tenure at OSU, she supervised the association’s
student programs including the Student Alumni Board/Ambassadors
and the Homecoming Steering Committee, and was responsible
for several awards and recognition programs including the
Distinguished Alumni Recognition, the Alumni Hall of Fame
and the outstanding seniors recognition. She also helped to
create Grandparent University, an intergenerational learning
my work at OSU, I have gained extensive knowledge of alumni
relations work and the importance of that work to the well-being
and future of a university,” Ms. Scott said.
Ms. Scott received
her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from OSU.
She is married to Charlie Scott and they have two grown sons
and two grandchildren. Ms. Scott is the daughter of Mabel
and the late Frank Eby of Perry, Okla.
