TWU presents “Perspectives
on The Middle East” April 3 and 24

– DENTON — The Texas Woman’s University
College of Arts and Sciences will present “Perspectives
on The Middle East,” from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April
3 in room 202 Classroom Faculty Office (CFO) building.
The session will
continue at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, also in CFO 202. The
event is free and open to the public. For a map of the campus,

The event will
be an interactive public affairs forum promoting an understanding
of the history, geography, culture and politics of The Middle
East. Panelists are Dr. Val Belfiglio, professor of history
and government, Dr. Mahmoud Sadri, professor of sociology,
Dr. Michael Bergel assistant professor of biology and Samah
Elhajibrahim, a government graduate student.
