Article by TWU professor, doctoral candidate and recent alum
published in national nursing research publication

An article authored by Texas Woman’s University nursing
professor Dr. Gail Davis, doctoral candidate Terri White and
recent Ph.D. in nursing graduate Dr. Asphodel Yang was recently
published in a national nursing research publication.
The article, “A
bone health intervention for older adults living in residential
settings,” was published in the December 2006 issue
of Research in Nursing & Health journal. The article reported
on research on bone health intervention aimed at assisting
older adults living independently in residential settings
to maintain healthy bones.
Research in Nursing
& Health is a general, peer-reviewed, research journal
devoted to publication of a wide range of research and theory
that will inform the practice of nursing and other health
disciplines.
