TWU dance students to perform in Oak Lawn festival April 1


DENTON — Three Texas Woman’s University dance students will perform original choreography Saturday, April 1, in the Oak Lawn Cultural Arts Festival at the Oak Lawn Branch Library, 4100 Cedar Springs Road in Dallas.

Admission is free. For more information, contact the TWU Department of Dance at (940) 898-2086.

TWU dance students Daniel Mabry of Plano, Kristina Lopez of San Antonio and Nicole Womack of Wylie will perform “Life Tides” at 2 p.m., followed by Mabry’s performance of his solo “Journey.” Both dances are Mabry’s original choreography.
