TWU to waive application fees and accept transfer applications
during June community college visits

DENTON –
Recruiters from Texas Woman’s University will offer
information about transferring to TWU, waive application fees
and accept transfer admission applications during their visits
to area community college campuses in June.
Prospective transfer
students will have the opportunity to learn more about TWU
and will receive information on admissions, financial aid,
housing, commuter information and more. TWU’s $30 application
fee will be waived for students who turn in complete admission
packets —the TexasCommon
Application for Transfer Admission and official transcripts
from every college or university attended — to TWU staff
at the event. All visits will begin at 9 a.m.
Dallas
County Community College District
TWU staff will
visit the Brookhaven College campus Thursday June 8, the Eastfield
College campus Monday June 12, the Northlake College campus
Wednesday June 14, the Richland College campus Wednesday June
21 and the Mountain View College campus Wednesday June 28.
Collin
County Community College District
TWU staff will
visit the Spring Creek campus Tuesday June 13 and the Preston
Ridge campus Monday June 26.
North Central
Texas College
TWU staff will
visit the Corinth campus Thursday June 15 and the Gainesville
campus Tuesday June 20.
Tarrant
County Community College District
TWU staff will
visit the Southeast campus Monday June 19, the Northwest campus
Thursday June 22 and the Northeast campus Tuesday June 27.
