TWU hosts Executive MBA Open House May 6 at Houston campus

HOUSTON — Texas Woman’s University will host an
Open House showcasing its Executive MBA program Saturday,
May 6 at the TWU Houston campus.
The Open House
will take place from 8 a.m. to noon in Room 206 of Mary Gibbs
Jones Hall located at 1130 John Freeman Blvd. in the Texas
Medical Center. Limited free on-campus parking is available
at lot F located on Bertner Avenue at Moursund Street. Paid
parking also is available at the John P. McGovern Texas Medical
Center Commons (Garage 15) located just across from TWU at
the corner of Bertner Avenue and Moursund Street.
TWU’s Executive
MBA program is designed for middle- and senior-level managers
who want to enhance their career skills. Classes are open
to men and women, and students will be able to earn their
degree in just 15 months by taking courses online and on selected
Saturdays. Students will pay regular TWU tuition and fees
only.

More than 1,200 upper-level and graduate students majoring
in nursing, physical therapy, library science, healthcare
administration, occupational therapy, nutrition and business
administration are enrolled at TWU’s Institute for Health
Sciences - Houston Center in the Texas Medical Center. Construction
is currently under way for a new campus in the medical center
to open in fall 2006 that will allow TWU to eventually more
than double its Houston enrollment.
