DENTON/DALLAS/HOUSTON— Texas Woman’s University held Fall 2014 commencement ceremonies Dec. 10 at the Hilton Americas in Houston and Dec. 12-13 in Pioneer Hall on the university’s Denton campus.
HOUSTON— “Using Evidence-Informed Leadership Strategies to Influence Health in the Global Village” is the focus as Texas Woman’s University presents the Parry Distinguished Lectureship Friday, March 6 at TWU’s Institute of Health Sciences-Houston.
DENTON— The Texas Woman’s University Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic will host a Childhood Apraxia Support Group meeting from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29 in room 601 of the Multipurpose Classroom Laboratory (MCL) Building, 1314 North Bell Avenue.

DENTON — Registration for the 26th annual Texas Woman’s University Science Fair currently is under way. All students in public, private, parochial and home schools in kindergarten through ninth grade are invited to participate in the science fair, which will take place Saturday, April 11, 2015, on the TWU Denton campus.
DENTON — Registration for Texas Woman’s University’s 17th annual Edible Car Contest currently is under way. The contest, which is open to students in grades 6-12 as well as TWU students, will take place from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, in Hubbard Hall, located on Administration Drive on TWU’s Denton campus.
