Tabletop Display Reservations
The Office of Marketing and Communication has a tabletop display
which departments may use for recruiting events. The display
measures approximately 5 ft x 6 ft, and features a white header
imprinted with “Texas Woman’s University”
above a maroon Velcro display area. The display assembles
easily and is packed in a hard plastic case with rollers.
Photos and text
for the display will be provided by the department. Marketing
and Communication maintains a large archive of photos and
digital images, which departments are welcome to use at no
cost.
The Graphics Production
office can reproduce, mount and laminate images for display.
Costs vary. Call 898-3784 for more information. Off-campus
sources such as Kinko’s, Sir Speedy and AlphaGraphics
also provide these services.

Guidelines for
using the display
- The display
may be used at any time, but it must be reserved in advance.
- There is no
charge for using the display. However, departments will
be charged for damages to or loss of the display while it
is on loan. The cost to replace the display is $2,060.00.
- A reservation
form (available by clicking
here or by calling 898-3456) must be completed
by someone who will be responsible for the display while
it is on loan.
- The display
must be picked up and returned to the Office of Marketing
and Communication, 1215 Oakland (next door to Human Resources).
Instructions on how to assemble and disassemble the display
will be given at that time. Printed instructions also are
included in the case.
- The display
may be reserved for up to 72 hours. Longer reservations
may be possible if the display has not been reserved by
another department.
