The root of exceptional customer service is in the one-on-one communication between the individual employee and the individual customer and is based on positive interactions. In this workshop we will discuss the four different types of customers and how to accommodate and thrive with them.  This workshop will be video conference to Dallas Parkland and Houston campuses.

Age is an important aspect of diversity, yet is unique because it is a personal and social identity that shifts over time. People of each generation are uniquely in a place in time because of the particular historical time period in which they were born, raised, came of age, and worked. For the first time in history we have four to five generations working side by side in the job market. In this seminar, you will learn key aspects of the four major generations and we will explore ways to effectively communicate with different generations of employees in the workplace.



Dealing with Difficult Employees December 02, 2010

We often encounter difficult people in the workplace, at home and in public places. Many situations involving difficult people can lead to frustration, hurt feelings, delays and relationship difficulties. As managers and supervisors, our communication must be clear and planned so as to achieve goals while preventing complications.
This workshop explores various methods to effectively identify and deal with difficult people in a professional and responsible manner. Participants will learn to recognize employee behavior patterns and learn coping tactics to aid in problem resolution. Additionally, participants will learn to determine what they can do to protect their organization and themselves from potential problems.
