Performance Evaluation System Timelines
Reminder of Timelines
- January 1 – January 31st 2009: supervisors meet with employees to set goals and start the performance planning process.
- Throughout the year, supervisors meet with employees at regular intervals to review progress and/or discuss changes.
- November 1st -15th, 2009: Employees submit self-evaluations to their supervisor.
- November 15th – 30th 2009: Supervisors complete evaluations and present to employees. Goals and objectives for upcoming year discussed.
- December 1st – 15th 2009: Evaluations are routed to the Department Head for review and approval.
- January 1, 2010: Evaluations due to HR and the performance planning process starts again.

This dynamic seminar focuses on managing transitions and changes in your personal life and the workplace. Awareness and recognition of your strengths is vital to fortifying your resilience in response to change. In this seminar, you will have the opportunity to individually complete questionnaires, enabling you to identify your reactions to change, coping strategies. You will also develop an action plan. We will cover the processes and stages for individual and group changes, and different styles and strategies for taking care of yourself and building resilience.
