Profile

After joining the faculty at Texas Woman’s University to teach within the Special Education program, Dr. Thomas held the positions of Interim Chair, Assistant Dean, Associate Dean, and Certification Officer. She is currently Program Coordinator for the Professional Studies Program. Previous experiences include special education teaching positions in Virginia and Alaska and several years as a School Psychologist in rural Virginia. Research interests include teacher preparation through online instruction and assessment of online learning.
