Profile

Tammie Seay is currently serving as adjunct professor at Texas Woman’s University teaching an Introduction to Education course.  Prior to 2008, Tammie has served as an elementary school teacher, assistant principal, and staff development coordinator.  She developed a teacher induction program in a local school district designed to meet the needs of new teachers.  She served as a supervising teacher to many student teachers.  Additionally, she was one of the originally trained teachers in the Texas Woman’s University teaching cadre.  Tammie has also trained at several teacher conferences including TEPSA and TASB.  Her passion is giving teachers the tools to succeed in an ever changing and always challenging field while enjoying one of the most rewarding professions.
