Profile

Prior to coming to TWU, Jody served as a faculty member at Austin Peay State University and the University of Central Florida. She taught social studies at the middle and high school levels and served as a Dean and Principal. Dr. Piro’s current research focuses on accountability in K-12 systems, in teacher and principal evaluations and in teacher and principal preparation. She is on the editorial review board of the Field Experience Journal and serves as an Assistant Editor for the Journal of Interdisciplinary Education.
