Thursday morning, January 12th we will begin at 8:00 a.m. Please feel free to check-in anytime after 7:30 a.m. in the first floor lobby. The day will be open to new Master level Nutrition as well as PhD Nursing Students, and cover such areas as use of the Computer Lab, parking and transportation within TMC, health-related resources, Security (Department of Public Safety - DPS), registering for classes and financial aid possibilities. This Orientation will also include a session on becoming acquainted with Internet-based medical resources and an overview of the Houston Academy of Medicine - Texas Medical Center Library. PhD Nursing Students will break off from the main group after the first two hours, and will conclude sometime after 1:00 p.m. following a meeting with Dr. Cesario.
