Group Exercise Classes with Descriptions:

Monday, 5:30 PM (Room 3620)
 Zumba with Nicole – A Latin dance inspired fitness class that is more like a party than a workout.  Combining fitness, Latin music and dance this class will have you dropping your old workout and joining the party!

 Tuesday, 5:30 PM (Room 3620)
 Bootcamp with Nikki – A dynamic and fun workout, this class will help you push past the regular routine and challenge your physical ability. This class combines cardio with resistance training to provide a full body workout.
 

 Wednesday, 9:00 AM (Room 3700)
 Yin & Flow Yoga with Melissa – A mindful yoga class that blends a slow flow of movement with postures held to strengthen, stretch and rejuvenate the body. Focus will be on the breath and stress reduction. Appropriate for all levels.

 Thursday, 10:00 AM (Room 3700)
 Yoga Pour Hour with Ieva – One hour of vinyasa flow to stretch and strengthen your body.

Thursday, 5:30 PM (Room 3620)
Zumba Toning with Lauren – Use weights to enhance rhythm and tone target muscles, including the arms, back, thighs, and abs while rocking to great tunes!

 Friday, 4:00 PM (Room 3620)
Yoga with Nikki – This class is a energetic workout designed to build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and find focus.  Great for all levels, this class will help you grow into a deeper level of fitness.
