Appointments

Available Monday - Thursday, 8:20 am to 3:40 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 11:30 am and  2:00pm to 4:00. For appointments, please call 940.898.3826 or 888.898.8825.

Regular medical appointments are $15. Extended, more advanced medical appointments, such as Annual Exams, STD testing, and Mental Health office visits, follow a different fee schedule.

Urgent Care Visits 
Appointments are recommended and highly encouraged. However, if you feel that you have an urgent medical need, you may walk-in to the clinic and you will be triaged by the nursing staff. Based on your symptoms/complaint, you may be worked in to see a provider, or you may be scheduled for an appointment at a later time. An additional fee will be charged for urgent care visits. 

Canceling an Appointment
Student Health Services has a No Show Appointment policy that requires student to call at least one hour in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment or a small fee will be assessed to the student's account. If you need to cancel a morning appointment before 10 am, call before the scheduled appointment time. There is a $5 fee for missed regular appointments and a $10 fee for missed Mental Health and Annual Exam appointments.

Immunizations
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday's, 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Immunizations are given on a walk-in basis. Appointments are not necessary to receive immunizations. During very busy times such as the beginning of the semester, please expect to wait to receive your immunizations.
