STAR will educate and provide training for the many pioneer services that TWU offers. We will have tutorials available for viewing that will explain and train the students on different things you could do on Blackboard, Pioneer Portal, Web Advisor and you e-mail account, as well as keeping each student up to date on the many improvements these systems integrate in their everyday use.
