Staff Employment Policies & Practices: Standard of Conduct

Reasonable rules of conduct are maintained in order to define and protect the rights, safety, and welfare of the Texas Woman's University and its employees. Administrative officers have the authority and responsibility to establish and maintain an effective, and orderly work force of employees under their charge. TWU reserves the right to add or eliminate any part of the steps described in this policy, and doing so does not preclude the at-will employment status.
