Julie Denton has worked 8 years as an IT Consultant for companies such as IBM, Akili Systems, and Burlington Resources.  She is currently working on getting her own company, AdvantaSys (http://www.advantasys.com) off the ground and is using the knowledge she is gaining in TWU's Executive MBA program as a means to that end. 

She attended TWU previously where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. (http://www.twu.edu/as/mathCS/)

Julie is a dedicated practitioner of martial arts (http://www.sunsetmartialarts.com) where she studies Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Chanbara.  Julie's love of children and dedication to the community has also led her to become a Girl Scout leader for her daughter's troop.

Julie's passion for travel led to her participation in the International opportunities offered by the TWU Executive MBA program. She feels that the insight she has gained from this program has aided her understanding of the international business world and looks forward to taking advantage of future opportunities offered by the program.
