Dr. John Calabrese teaches art history courses and has been a member of the faculty since 1981. He is also a successful artist known for detailed pencil drawings inspired from Film Noir classics.

"If you wish to pursue a degree in art history, you will receive a broad liberal arts base with a foundation in the history of art. Opportunities to study abroad during the summer are available. This program leads to graduate study, which is recommended for this discipline."

  • "The Art of Italy: Ancient, Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque."
  • "The Art of the Netherlands and Belgium: Medieval to the 20th Century."
